    I have a contact who is working at a company that is using SM-Plus from Single Source Systems - https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20090324005727/en/Single-Source-Systems-Announces-Release-SM-Plus-Enterprise%E2%84%A2

    They apparently are having some issues and don't have a support resource. I am sure I'm missing some part of the story but it appears they cannot call the person/company directly.

    Anyone have a contact or experience with this and want to discuss with the contact?
