Since we're talking about printing... Client on 4.4.10 Sage 100 Advanced. Moved to new server. Client accessing new server via RDP, then runs Sage from desktop. Have installed client doing Run as Admin.
Any report/form that is sent to Ricoh printer appears to print from Sage point of view (no errors, Crystal page count displays, etc), but never shows up on the printer. If you PREVIEW the report and then choose to print to Ricoh printer from preview, it prints. Printing from Excel also prints OK.
So - what is difference between printing straight to printer and printing from preview? Is one a Crystal function and one not?
