Since Sage dropped the Bronze plan, what percentage of your customers have elected to drop their Sage plan versus move up to Silver? So far, we haven't had anyone drop their plan. They just grumble and pay for Silver.

Just one, but that was more to Sage screwing up the quote by about 30%. Had the quote been accurate in the first place, they probably would have renewed.

At least for now. Of course, by the time those spreadsheets aren't so purty, this group of exec's will be long gone with their wheelbarrows full of bonus cash.

Realistically what options do the customers have? They're locked into a system that is holding data which is not easily transferable. Unless there is real pain most won't switch because in some cases the perceived pain of the other options are greater (cost, effort, risk it wil be worse)
