    SI Gurus. Customer is on Sage Std v2016, using SI in Excel 2016. Don't know when this stopped working/started happening, and keep in mind they just moved to a domain from a workgroup. Whether starting a new report or after running out an existing report, I can not drag/drop anything from the Task Pane. It is not workstation specific. When I go to File (in Excel), it says the sheet is protected but there is no password setup and I've tried modifying the options in the Trust Center, have hers set to what mine are (I have no problems) but to no avail. Sage suggested changing the Group Policy but IT doesn't know how or where (for another subject, another time). Can anyone give me directions on what and how to change this? Thanks

    Isn't there a patch in KB for Excel 2016 compatibility with SI or am I thinking of something else?

    Tried the Compatibility Pack and it didn't change anything. I am able to use the Fx button and the pulldown to get to Sage Functions where I find the GLAccount, etc. functions.
