Should we considering having 90 Minds just pay the cost of MOTM versus sending out 18 different bills? I think our total cost was somewhere under $1,200 - the biggest single expense being the initial meal where we all met (I think about $600)

Round numbers we have $6,000 and I'd expect that our expense on this meeting is about $1,200 (I don't yet have final figures though I think that's pretty close). Our main expense will be the renewal of our online collaboration which I'd expect to be about $2,500 (due Q4 2012) once we negotiate and add users, etc.

I'm down with that - as Mark said - it might encourage more participants next time.

It's certainly easier than billing 18 people and potentially chasing 10% of them -- and I think nearly everyone who attended played a role in presenting or providing assistance to another member.

Then light weight drinkers like me should get a rebate to compensate for Mark and Peter. Of course, liberals like them would treat it just like government entitlements. Its FREE, dink MORE! :) Uggh, even I can't picture Mark as a Liberal, it just tweaks my California mind too much!

@ClarkWalliser - It's kind of like rent control. At those prices, it's CRIMINAL to not drink. I might even bring a few empty jugs and fill them up. Thank goodness for subsidies!
