    SHIPTO CODES MISSING - PART 2 Hope this saves someone else the hours spent on this. After upgrading to MAS 4.4 PU8, all the ship to code lookups returned 0 recordsUNLESS the user had a custom lookup for that view. If they had a custom lookup then their ship to lookup returned the correct records. After applying the LM4059_T hotfix, all the ship to code lookups now returned the correct recordsUNLESS the user had a custom lookup for that view. If they had a custom lookup their ship to lookups now returned 0 records. For some unknown reason the original custom lookups stopped working on PU8 with the hotfix installed. So we had to delete the custom lookups for the affected users and recreate. A case has been started with Sage and we are still waiting for a response from them.

    Did you run the Lookup Conversion under Library Master / Utilities

    The customer dealt directly with Sage support so I dont personally know what took place but the customer said that Lookup Conversion and the custom office Utilities were all run.

    I had a similar problem that was finally fixed by running the ""update to current level"" in custom office after applying the PU8 update. The ship-to codes were missing when the lookup was used from the SO entry panels that had been customized. They did not previously use custom lookups for the field.
