Have a client on v2019 that periodically gets an error in shipping data entry when they try to use the flashlight to view existing entries. It says "Report output exceeds printer width or record length exceeded on file write operation". If they key the sales order number in for an existing entry it works. They can add new entries without getting the error. If they go to sales order invoice data entry they can open the shipping batch and view the entries. The batch updates without errors. Only when they try to use the flashlight to view the existing shipping data entries do they get the error. Has anyone else run across this?
