I'm afraid to jinx this issue by talking about it. However, Sage appears to have updated some of their knowledgebase technology, so it now plays nicely ( nicer? ) with Safari browsers - both MAC and iOS/iPadOS.
Previously, attempting to search the knowledgebase through a Safari browser ( either desktop or mobile ) would work; however, an error message appeared when attempting to advance past the first page of search results.
There was no such problem when a Chrome browser was used.
This has bugged me -- and probably me alone -- forever. It meant that doing KB searches through anything Safari-based was frustrating when the results you needed were not on page one of the KB.
Here's hoping that this issue is fixed permanently.
