Do the multiple users have access to MAS? If not, just put it out there for them. It will bomb if they try to refresh as they don't have MAS PW""s. If they do, then make a copy of the file, then delete the query in the copy. Publish the copy. The third way is to save the query to the local C: drive, then use the query to generate the details. Then publish the spreadsheet on network. The users don't have access to the query on the local drive so they won't be able to access and update the details. When you do want to update it, just use the original spreadsheet which should be able to see the query on the local drive.
