Session Schedule Clarifications 1. Please note that I have told Brian that I will not be on the ""Best Business Improvements"" Panel 2. I noticed my name is on the ""How I Run My Practice"" Panel. That's fine - any guidelines as to what to prepare?

How you maintain your aura of calmness when Sage is doing everything in its power to shatter it.

@JeffSchwenk, that's entirely due to @Real...I mean @JohnHoyt's secret past as a sniper for the CIA. They teach all kinds of techniques on how to keep your cool...plus his imaginary fedora helps hide the anger and frustration.

@JohnHoyt I'd suggested this topic idea. The subtext is - what are your SOPs for various issues (not limited to this list) 1. Handling an angry customer 2. Qualifying a lead 3. Engagements/ALA 4. Procedures for any number of issues - non-payment, upgrades, etc.

Qualifying a lead is something that has high interest for me. Why can't we go to an attorney for an initial conversation without a check yet VARS are expected to show up repeatedly for free all the way up to the day before the prospect is asked to sign on the dotted line. At that point a large percent of prospects go into a permanent meeting never to be heard from again. I did the attorney shuffle for a legal matter regarding my stepfather and I was informed in every instance to bring a check. I'm pretty sure in each case (3x) the initial discussion brought less value than what our typical prospect gets from us for free.
