    Please take a moment to add your name to the sessions you are willing to monitor.

    What is a Session Monitor?
    A session monitor plays an important role in ensuring each session runs smoothly and professionally. Responsibilities include:

    • Confirming the speaker has arrived and is set up properly

    • Ensuring AV is working and coordinating with hotel/tech support if needed

    • Making sure CPE requirements are met (check-in/check-out process completed correctly)

    • Tracking the number of attendees

    • Providing brief, immediate feedback from your perspective after the session

    This role helps us maintain quality, protect our CPE compliance, and support our speakers.

    I can't get logged into that Google Sheet right now @Anne Sawyer.  Can you put me down for Friday the 9:30 am - 11:20 am DSD Session please.  Also, the Friday at 3:00 pm to 3:50 pm How to Configure SQL session.  Thank you.
