Session: Best Business Improvements (working title)
The title will get a creative treatment and some progress has been made recently. Our four primary targets* have all agreed in principle to participate. I'm expecting to get suggestions from each which I will discuss to make sure they fit and that we don't have any undue duplication. The session is slated for 60 minutes which we will fill easily while reserving some time for Q&A.
