  • 1.  Service / Repair Tracking solution

    I have a client that is looking for a Service and Repair Tracking.  They used and did not care for Automated Services.  Their prior reseller setup a work around using CRM but they find it cumbersome.  Anyone have a good solution?

    What they do is run gyms and they need to track and repair their exercise equipment.  Reminds me of the need of Property Managers for Service Work Orders.

    ​This looks like a good option, @Kevin Moyes Have you used it?

    In the past when there was a question about service and repair, many of us would recommend the Field Service and Dispatch package, now from Scanco. In many cases this is an overkill​, including this example, so it's good to be aware of this option.

    I sold and set up DSD Equipment Maintenance for one of my customers. It works well.

    We have a customer using EM (maintenance of factory type equipment), but @Robert White knows more about it than I do. ​

    Can this be used to bill customers for maintenance or is it strictly for tracking equipment (assets) owned by the company using Sage?  I skimmed the manual and didn't see entries for entering a customer number or ties to invoicing.

    No interface to customers. At least, not as of the last time I worked with it.
