Sage 100

Has anyone heard of Service Manager by Conative System? We are taking over a Sage 100 V2013 client and can not find any good information on it. Per our search, it looks like the company has closed. 

Hoping someone knows something about it or the company. maybe if they sold there product to someone else.

I sold it once. It had a lot of major problems and the developer blamed us for all of them. (Didn't install correctly, modified a stock form (albeit with their direction), etc.) This doesn't help you current-day. Just a bit of back story. I lost $12k on the deal because the customer made me take it back and Conative wouldn't help us at all.
