If they bought them from Sage before definitely include the CALs in the quote this time. I had a Sage 300 issue a year or two ago where the end user had both Sage 300 and SQL CALs from Sage originally. When I asked for a quote to add two more users, Sage only quoted the 300 licenses. When I placed the order, they tried to charge me for the CALs as well, which had not been part of the quote I asked for. I did eventually get Sage to include the CALs at the price they quoted, but it almost wasn't worth the time and aggravation to get it done...
