Seriously, I have only done 1 upgrade to 2013 and it's already pissing me off big time. So, has anyone seen a 2013 where the Visual Processes menu isn't there?

Nope - but really have not pushed. I still think the marjority of 2013 is fine!

I didn't think the VP menu was an option, but it's not showing up anywhere. *sigh*

Maybe you have the braille version. Just run your finger over the monitor. ;)

Java has to be installed and enabled.

It's not even showing up on their list of installed programs, which it does on my 2013. Would the lack of Java (I have no idea) keep it from installing, let alone running?

I don't think Java needs to be installed. The upgrade guide does state that IE 8 or higher and Adobe Flash Player are required to use the process flows. I would guess there may have been some problem with the install and would try reinstalling.

I just ran into this with a client coming from 4.05 to 2013. The module isn't there. Were you able to find a solution?

There was a reinstall and possibly it was a service update. It's been too long now for me to remember, but there ended up being a couple of other issues with that upgrade so I do know a reinstall was done.

@ClaudiaGallegos make sure MNUMOD.TXT includes lines for the new Visual Process Flows module. I remember when a Shipping Mod 'removed' the PO module from systems by removing the Purchase Order Module section from this file (it's in the Launcher folder). Here is what my section looks like: Module=Visual Process Flows;58 Menu=Sales Entry and Invoice;0580000001;G Pack and Ship;0580000004;G Return Goods;0580000002;G Menu=Customer Billing Invoice and Receive Payment;0580000003;G Menu=Inventory Physical Count;0580000005;G Menu=Purchases Entry and Receipts;0580000006;G Menu=Vendor Payments Invoice and Process Payment;0580000007;G Menu=Setup Visual Process Flows Manager;0580000008;G Although a re-install is also a good idea :-)
