  • 1.  Serial item issue

    Client found this due to new accountant's audit, bless their hearts.

    If you run the TB or the Invt Detail Trans report for ALL dates, system says they should have 289 on hand.

    If you run the Lot/Serial Trans History or Valuation Report, it says you should have 239, which is what they have

    How to reconcile?  I don't have 50 of them to adjust off.  Brain is freezing over this.  I feel like anything I do would get blown away if they ever ran a Recalc again.

    Try it in the test company first, but that is what the *UTL inventory rebalancing utility is for... dealing with inconsistencies between the different inventory data (including transaction history).
