I apparently woke up feeling picky today ...

It might help us all better think about the items and their importance if you can offer better guidance to the time budget for each. There is no way you're going to give a 2-min update on the 5 items in the XD Ops Update. I have no doubt we will spend far more time discussing the Retreat and MOTM than the 5 minutes budgeted for each. Discussing Bylaws is never short, despite the fact nobody looks forward to it. 

We want to keep the meeting to 90 minutes or a bit less. It's harder to do this if we don't have mileage markers along the route ...
