Sage 100

Have a client just going live on ACH in 3 companies.  Two worked fine.  Third one did not have the prompt come up re Checks/ACH/Both, yet if they went to the Extended Stub box they could print an ACH Remittance and create an ACH file.  Anyone ever seen this?  I am connecting tomorrow to confirm they're not joshing my water.

Make sure the 'Print Vendor Remittance Advice' box is checked under AP - Setup Options on the ACH tab.
