I've been doing this since 1992 and I learned something today.
I always thought that the Segment Substitution (posting by AR Division) was only related to accounts in Product Line Maintenance. It appears that the Freight Revenue account, as defined in AR Division Maintenance, also changes based on that setting.
For example, GL accounts
300-01 Revenue East
300-02 Revenue West
300-03 Freight Revenue
If AR Division 01 is setup to use Segment substitution changing the account to '01' and Freight Revenue is set to 300-03, the account will be changed to 300-01.
Today was a big day … I learned something and I was wrong!
