My normal method is via the partner portal. Click on Knowledge base, then Sage 100, then download Sage 100 and continue to drill down until I click on what's New in PU 3. This should work EVERY TIME. Today, it is not. I appreciate that the group has developed other methods of retrieving the data. Having multiple SAGE-sponsored databases seems redundant (and a time suck on their limited resources). Having to find a browser that works (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, etc) wastes my time.
You have to wonder what the Sagesphere is going to look like in three years (or less) when a lot of the institutional memory sails off toward the retirement sunset.

Also, I can't tell from the context of the post and I realize almost everyone reading this "already knows":
As of 5/29/24
1. There are two Sage 100 knowledgebases
2. One of them is a Download KB - login required although if you don't login and search you do see some - but not all - download results.
3. The other is a knowledge KB which as of the time of this writing does not seem to require any type of login ( it also doesn't provide download links although, yes, you will find some in there that make my statement not 100%)
4. Use the link that works best and make you feel the brightest and shiniest - just once you get one working save it to your bookmarks

I used to prefer using links from the Partner Portal to get at the KB, but now I'm routed to a Canadian specific site that hides Sage 100 content... which is supremely frustrating, so I go with direct bookmarks to the KB now.
