  • 1.  Script to update lines on promotion of quote to standard order

    ​​Am I correct that the best or only way to force an update of some Line UDF values on a sales order when promoting from a quote to standard order would be to create a new set of Accept and Quick Print buttons? I don't see the PromotedDate field getting written to until I perform one of those actions, but I was wondering if there were any other tricks (besides giving the user a button on the Lines tab to manually click). Thanks in advance!

    Huh...I guess I didn't think of that, since the order would get closed out upon accepting or printing so I wasn't sure if it would have time to run. Thanks for the tip!
