  • 1.  Script to automate Reinitialize Data Files

    Has anyone written a script/batch file/code to automate running the Reinitialize Data Files utility? 

    Specifically, it would be for the WO Crystal workfiles.

    You could create an external script to copy saved empty data files over the active ones.

    If you are referring to the files used by work order traveler printing, then yes, I do have simple button script added to the task so users can reset the files on demand.

    The caveat is that no other users have WO traveler printing open.

    I'll post it later when I get a chance.

    Dan, that is a good idea too.
    Attached is a zip file containing a .vbs and .pl file.
    Both go in MAS90\CM\Script.
    Add a button to the work order traveler screen and set it to execute on the server and point it to the .vbs file.
