  • 1.  Screens cut off on the left

    We upgraded a client from v2019 Premium to v2020 Premium PU1 on Friday night.  IT has installed workstation setup.  We had a couple of hiccups with workstation synchronization but eventually that cleared itself.

    On 1 workstation (out of 2), we have all screens missing information on the left (and the bottom buttons are missing, too)  The screen shot below is company maintenance, but it happens everywhere ... account inquiry, sales order entry, customer inquiry, etc.

    I've run the 2 custom office utilities.  Didn't help.  Also, right clicked reset panels ... didn't help either.

    Any ideas?

    Screen resolution seems to be normal.  I tried Application Scaling. It's default.  I tried medium. Same issue.   I'll ask him to check his windows settings

    i did try another Sage login.  We deleted Sage 100 folder in the Documents folder.   Neither affected it

    The client reinstalled workstation setup a 3rd time and it appears to be okay now.

    ... this can be moved from urgent support.
