Screen display

This is a weird one.  Have a client who had a move to a new server last weekend.  NO upgrade.  On 2016.
So the screen display has changed.  I'm not just talking the font looking a little different or something - on the old server, the title bar at the top of the screen had the name of the screen left-justified.  On the new server, it is centered and a large font (I can't get that to happen on my 2016 whether Std or Classic).  This happens to be Item Inquiry I'm looking at, and on the old server, the slider bar at the bottom has nothing on it, and on the new server, the slider bar has a little squiggle in the middle of it, like to tell you where to grab it.  Old server, dark taupe background.  New server, white.

    Any ideas?????

What's the problem?  Looks like a normal Windows theme to me.

But... but... but... - it's DIFFERENT!  I can't even make my 2016 have a centered screen name whether I'm running Classic or Standard.

Would the operating system on the server be causing this?  What did they come from and to?  Is the customer complaining?

Ding!  Ding!  Ding!  We have a winner - yes, @Nancy Hanson - the client of COURSE is complaining.

The display difference may have to do with the Windows Display settings, or at least some of them.

New screen actually looks better - the title looks more readable, no?

I totally agree.  And, to be fair, this is from our POV on the server - we do not yet have a screen shot from the customer, so perhaps something even more different is happening on their end.  But still - how can it be that different just from a server change?

How Windows draws programs is determined by the themes.  Users can customize this kind of thing (just like changing their desktop background...).

So even something like that name being centered or not is Windows?  WELL DANG, learn something new every day.  Thanks, @Kevin Moyes!

Windows 8 and it's corresponding server edition 2012 had centered title bars. Maybe once this server gets patched up to current release it will revert back to left aligned like current Windows 10 machines. It could also be a UI addon like Classic Shell or Stardock, which both allow you to tweak the interface.
