  • 1.  Schedule BR Positive Pay files

    Has anyone automated running the Positive Pay process from Sage 100?  I'm open to any and all suggestions.

    Hey Michelle, 
    I have done it with Sage Alerts and Workflow. The PosPay file is nothing complicated, and SAW allows for FTP. So I suppose it just depends on the bank and what the requirements are. Some banks require the file to be manually uploaded to their website and that is the only option, others have FTP or an email you can send it to and it will auto scan. Does that help?
