Please Note: Effective, Monday, May 6, 2024, we will be discontinuing the use of Support@Scanco.com email address for opening case tickets. Instead, we request that you do either of the following:
This transition will enable us to centralize and streamline our support processes, facilitating quicker response times and more effective resolution of your inquiries.
Furthermore, we are actively enhancing the ticket submission form to accommodate additional features, such as the ability to add CCs and attachments, ensuring a seamless experience for you.
FAQs:
- The Support Form will be updated to allow attachments and carbon copy users on a support ticket.
- This is in preparation for our launch of the Partner and Customer portal.
- You will receive a bounce-back email to any new email sent to Support@Scanco.com after May 5th (Sunday) that will direct you to the support form.
