After changing the path I was told to stop and restart the Connectit services. Unfortunately, Scanco support remains to be less than desired. In responses, they continue to blame the Sage data dictionaries. I'm pretty sure Sage is the main software and Scanco is a 3rd party addon. HMMM...who should comply with who???

You need to update the paths used by the DSN referenced by the ConnectIt service's <ConnectionString> property and update the <MASFolder> property in the "C:\ProgramData\Scanco\ConnectItSettings.xml" file. Refer to the screenshot below for reference.
