Is anyone else's clients experiencing issues this week with Scanco and their Cloud Services? Looks like they are having issues with their Amazon AWS Cloud Services. Our clients started reporting issues early Monday morning, May 11th.

Support Bulletin: Scanco is currently experiencing server issues affecting its Scanco Cloud Customers. We are working as fast as we can to fix the issue. Unfortunately, users may experience disruptions in their service during this time.
Here is what we are doing: Communicating with users that may be affected with updates on when a fix will be available. Updating our cloud infrastructure by adding more servers to handle the additional load. Reviewing ALL of our security protocols and updating where necessary
We understand the impact this disruption this is causing for some of our customers. We are working as fast as we can to get this resolved. We will be updating you real time with new information as we obtain it.

Subject: Scanco Connectivity Issue - May 2020
Scanco Service Bulletin,
We are continuing to work to get full connection restored to all cloud service users of Scano products. To this end, we need to obtain your company's public IP to whitelist this via the new service process. We will be cutting over to new services this afternoon at 4 p.m., and we must obtain this information as soon as possible. We do expect to be down for approximately 20 minutes at 4 p.m. while we cutover to new services.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and are working diligently to fix the concern.
