Good morning 90Minders!
I hope you are all staying healthy and adjusting well to our new situations around the country. I know it is a bit different for everyone depending on where you live, and I've really enjoyed catching up with a lot of you during this time through zoom meetings and simple phone calls and text messages.

Most of you may know I started a new role at Scanco in January, VP of Sales. This was something I had turned down a few times and felt now was the time I could make a difference. Unfortunately, just 1.5 months into this role we entered into this pandemic and it has been a whirlwind. It did not allow me much time to 'make the rounds' and address parts of Scanco that I personally feel need to be addressed. That leads me to this post :)
I have heard from some of our partners that there are some issues being brought up occasionally amongst partners that we can help out with. I love the foundation of 90Minds and seeing partners helping one another out. On the flip side of that, the private forums do not allow us a chance to respond or even know of these issues until someone brings them to our attention. Scanco has experienced rapid growth in the last few years which has led to a lot of great products, but with that comes some bumps. I can tell you we have a very low rate of support tickets and the percentage of our customers that need escalated help is also very low as well as extremely high renewal rates - tells me we are doing this right! My goal is to get closer to perfect and not settle for just 'doing things right.' I am posting this to extend the proverbial olive branch and make sure you know to reach out to me with any ideas, complaints, comments, leads :), or just to chat!
I have known most of you for over 8 years now and truly value your contributions to this channel and I am confident you know I am, as well as Scanco, committed to the Sage channel and the success of our partners and clients.
