I created this quick form within Google Workspace, which could serve as the starting point for a member request to access Google Drive. I suggest adding members is opt-in, and we don't try to add everyone. If a member wants to gain access they use the form to request it.
This is just a suggestion/idea for collecting information and further discussion is warranted
