How many sales so far? Do the sponsors need to sign up as well or is someone taking their attendance into consideration already? Jim - maybe you and I should coordinate around dinner / event attendance for sponsors so you have accurate headcounts? @WayneSchulz - I'm still securing the contact info that you wanted.

I will sign them up although I am checking if we need to pay fees if I do that. Add 10 to the attendance numbers. In another 2 - 3 weeks We should be getting close to the total. Actually we don't need to give numbers to the hotel/cruise till January. I am still working on the Sat Night Dinner. BTW so far 12 people have said Yeah to the Midway tour (11 have said no)

We have collected 4800 in fees

With the Admin and sponsors then is at 7500. if we get 10 more we reach our goal of 40 people. or $10,000

My bad, just looked at the 17 -24 and there are double rooms (no king/queen options).

at 40 people the estimate cost will be $26500 . 90 minds support will be at $4900 (110 per person)

Well, if we sign the sponsors up, does the admin team need to sign up? There should be a way to register as a comp.

yes the 20 thru 23 is still available. I can call hotel to add on more shoulder rooms.

yes they do. They just need to use the hotel link or call and say they are with 90 Minds group
