Same client as my post last Friday (MAS 200 4.5 on Windows 2008 R2 server). MAS 200 slows down around 2:00PM. Running as as an app, not a service, starts up at server startup as a scheduled task. App Server Configuration task shows that App Server is stopped (it isn't, though). Screen shots attached. Backup happens at night. Any thoughts?

Have they looked at the Server Event Viewer/Log to see if anything shows around 2p?

Same thought as Brett. Not sure on the ""stopped"" issue -- only thing that popped into my mind is to look at the server names in the pull down to see if multiple server names were defined but I'm not sure you'd see the users if that were the core issue.

Does restarting the app everyday help? Perhaps there is a rogue workstation on the network that starts spewing forth at the annointed time.

You might try the Windows Scheduler and see if any other processes start then.

Could the AV scan be running at 2:00?

Some accounts are locked down to a single concurrent user logon. If another process starts using the same credentials as the one you're using to check the status, it may log the initial session out.
