  • 1.  Salesperson Change Utility

    Client on occasion updates an invoice crediting the wrong salesperson for commission purposes.

    Is there a utility in Sage that enables user to correct?  Or do they DFDM the AR_salespersoncommission.m4t table and possibly the AR_salespersonhistory.m4t table?

    @Jeff Schwenk - Commission Edit Maintenance on the Period End Menu.  They'll have to delete the original record and add a new one.​

    Very interesting....  Learn something new everyday.  Seems to be a safer way than DFDM, but a bit more work as you have to rekey all fields after deleting.

    Or I suppose if you really wanted to, you could issue a Credit Memo, and re-do the invoice under the correct salesperson.
