Yea, because a new CRM system is what sage needs. Outside of X3, why does sage need a CRM system from a sales perspective and they just implemented SAP for support. oh yea, because most of Sage's salespeople's job is to sign up new resellers. I guess the old system wasn't capable of maintaining a list of people to keep spamming daily to buy subscription bolt ons...
