    I don't see a file that could be used for an on-demand Sales Recap by Customer.  Am I missing it big time?

    SO > Reports > Sales Order Recap sorted by customer number?
    It uses SO_SalesOrderRecap as its primary table.

    They want it to look like the other sales recaps - PTD and YTD sales numbers (which isn't really a SO recap, it's an INVOICE recap)
