Sales Orders - setup options, keep sales order history checked, 'Prompt' to keep deleted sales orders in history and 'Yes' to keep deleted sales order lines in history. When a multi-line sales order is invoiced, and one of the lines is completely invoiced, that line no longer displays on the sales order in Sales Order Entry but does show in Sales Order History Inquiry. Wasn't there a way to keep the lines that had invoiced complete displaying in SO entry along with those yet to be invoiced - or was that just my imagination? I ran thorugh this scenario on v. 4.3, 4.4 and 4.5, and completely invoiced lines do not display in SO entry. May be I'm just confusing this with how purchase order works?

I think your last sentence is the right one. Sales Order has always deleted completed lines right away in Sales Order Entry.

@BethBowers is correct. Once a sales order line is invoiced, it goes to history (if set up to do so) and then disappears from SO entry (for partially shipped SO's).
