  • 1.  Sales Order status "New" retained after PS printed and partial shipment updated

    Status "New" is changed to "Open" after SO is printed as noted in Help.  Client imports web orders and only prints Picking Sheets.  Even after partial shipment, status remains "New".  Is that right?  Seems like other processes should change the status.

    Wonder if you tested with the Print Sales Order option unchecked?

    Did not even consider that option, but will test.

    Changed the Option.  Printed a Picking Sheet.  Made no difference.  Backordered an Item.  Made no difference.
