  • 1.  Sales order quantites incorrect

    I have a client on Sage 100 Advanced v2018 SP6.  They are claiming that several times they have changed SO quantities on an existing order, but when they go to invoice Sage pulls up the original, not updated, quantity.  This is a big issue, because invoicing is incorrect.  Has anyone seen anything like this??

    I haven't seen this. 
    Are you sure they aren't doing something like updating a master order?

    Did they have a multi bin program and or WMS system?  It could be the new so quantities aren't being allocated from a bin location.

    So the SO revised SO quantity was written to the table upon exiting?

    Check SO history detail to see if the changed value was saved to the order... these fields do apply to Standard orders.
