    Sales Order Line Item greyed out and not accessible. MAS 200 4.30.0.5 - intermittantly in Sales Order Entry - Detail Lines, the Item Code field is greyed out, and you cannot enter or select an item code. The problem is intermittant and to resolve: ""The only way I can get the fields to not be greyed out is to keep opening up new sales modules. If that doesn't work, logging out and back into MAS works sometimes. Most of the time, I just wait it out (usually clears within 10 to 15 minutes). Has anybody seen this behaviour before. Problem has occured on four seperate users.

    I've seen this on MAS 90, when the PC temporarily loses connection with the server or loses a mapped drive. Have to close the screen and re-enter. It doesn't happen often enough to troubleshoot thoroughly though.

    I know we just had this happen recently as well but for the life of me, I can't recall why it was happening. I want to say there was a lock on it, as though someone else was accessing it? Sorry to be so vague - I'll see if I can dig up more info...

    I'm in a ""grey"" area on your description of what is happening ;) You mention that the Item Code field is greyed out - is that the ONLY field that is greyed out? or is the entire order greyed out? That would make a difference in how I would approach this. Of course random is always hard to figure out no matter what.

    Kenneth, YES! I have seen this before. One of the customer support persons at Safety Vision use to get this every so often. She had to close it and go back into it to get it to work. By any chance do you have ASI Service Center installed?

    No the client has DSD GLAC (account copy by company) and CM-1003 (Lot Serial UDF) and DSD custom program udf for AR and SO.
