Sage 100

Sales Order Invoices can be Electronically Delivered from the server but not from a workstation. Was able to send an email from the workstation via Company Maintenance, but when printing Invoices for Electronically Deliver Only the process just hangs.

Sage 100 Advanced or Standard? ANd check to make sure the Sage PDF Converter is working on the workstation.

My first thing is really test the Sage PDF Converter, print something like the open sales order report to the pdf converter and make sure it can make the documents properly. If it's really an authentication issue with email it would be seen at teh server since advanced sends thru the server. My money is on the Sage PDF Converter not working correctly.

Print to PDF first to make sure paperless works. Then check to see if the From address is overridden to something invalid on the printing screen (little button next to the paperless option).

Things to check - Does the user on the workstation have RW rights to the folder where the paperless invoices are stored? I assume that invoices can be previewed or printed? Does the from email address in the setup of the form in Paperless Office have send rights on the email server (if it is different than what used when testing in Company Maintenance.?

Uninstalling and reinstalling the PDF Converter worked. Don't know why I didn't think of that earlier in the process ! Thank You to everyone who responded !
