This is Resolved.
I have modified the Sequence Numbers for the SY_ClassEnhancment.SO_InvoicePrinting_RPT so that the JobOps (Operations Management Developer 158; is "last" in the sequence. I changed them from 001 to 700.
I also modified the Sequence Numbers for the SY_ClassEnhancment.AR_InvoiceHistoryPrinting.RPT so that the JobOps (Operations Management Developer 158; is "last" in the sequence. I changed them from 001 to 700.
In my limited testing tonight, this has resolved the problems with the following problems:
When printing from Quick Print, Sales Order Invoice we get message: The file is empty or does not match filter.
When printing from the menu, and selecting a batch to print, we get the message: Batching is not allowed for the current task.
When printing from Invoice History orders updated after APS was reinstalled, we get the message: The is invalid
