    Sales Order Header tab: not saving data in email or comment field. The customer is on MAS 200 4.50.0.5 They have a branch in Canada connect via terminal server. The Canada Order Entry people repeatedly have problems where they enter an email address in the header tab, then go to the address or lines tab. When they go back to the header tab, the email is sometimes gone. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? I'm not sure where to start...

    Std 4.50 doesn't do that - and the e-mail address is in the order header record, not another file. Puzzle.

    I am having a similar issue with a UDF that is on PO header to record additional date information. I can not duplicate, have tested with a few other users and it works but seems to be an issue for 2 users. They are not using TS but do have JobOps installed, currently on 4.5.5 with JobOps R2

    right click on the screen and reset the panel. I have seen some off things lately and were fixed with the screen reset.
