  • 1.  Sales Order Grid default order

    Is it possible to change the grid layout in Sales Order Details\Lines ?  For example, just looking to add WH Code to the right of the Item Number for all users by default.  I'm aware we can do it station by station, looking for any global options.  Thanks in advance.

    I have had this request several times. I don't think it's possible though someone may have posted a DFDM workaround within the past year or two.

    As Sage prices out small companies the ones who are left frequently have larger customer service/order entry departments and frequently want to mirror any desktop/UI changes to all the staff versus having to sit at each workstation and make tweaks to the UI.

    I've never done this, but it may be possible with editing the sequence values within this table (###-#####... entries should be the defaults).
