Sage 100 BOI program inserting Quotes, working at several sites, but failing at one.  Sage 100 Premium 2020, with ebizCharge, Mapadoc and Starship Link 2.11.
It does the basic write of a header record (but without customer info), writes no lines, and seems to leave the order in a state where you get "the order XXXXX is in use by another user" if you try to bring it up in Sage 100.  The only "error" thrown by any of the BOI calls is a bogus BMOptions not available - BOM is not in use.

The exact same info entered manually works.

There do not seem to be any sales order scripts other than on buttons.

Any ideas on what to look for?  Or known issues with those 3rd party products?

Installed Modules listing shows eBizCharge as version 5.50 - is that normal or is it out of sync?

    TIA

    Phil

I believe Ebiz has a DLL that should be installed locally for BOI...

The BOI app is ruining under IIS on the Sage server.
After activating Bill of Materials, the error now reads "Module J/C is not on file".

We have done the remove stuff in the Links folder test and it still gives the "Module J/C is not on file" error.

Sage support got rid of the "Module J/C is not on file" error, but we still get no errors but data is not saved in Sage 100.  Same issue with adding a customer.

Hi Phil! How did Sage Support get rid of the "Module J/C is not on file" error?

@Kate Krueger- I have no idea - customer did that directly with Sage support and took no notes...I am the developer for a 3rd party integration here and the customer apparently doesn't have an active VAR relationship

Does the client have Century Business Solutions Credit Card processing add-on?

I get that message from time to time with clients using that product. The module may not be "J/C"; it could be almost anything; The fix is to make sure Paya/Sage Exchange is installed on the workstation and run the file called Coredll.exe from the workstation. That Coredll.exe is found in the MAS90\Wksetup directory on systems with CBS credit card installs only.
