  • 1.  Sales Order and Quote History Inquiry

    We have a client that when they go into Sales Order and Quote History Inquiry and then select the invoices button and the screen appears but no invoices populate.  I have looked in DFDM and the Sales Order is linked to the Invoice. They have Avatax and JobOps installed.  I renamed the links folder and verified that the 3rd party software was not causing the issue.  I have reset the panel.  I have also ran the script to replace the embedded I/O. 

    Does anyone have any suggestions what else I can do or I might have missed?

    It sounds like the issue might lie with the SO_ARInvoiceHistoryLink table. Suggest you DFDM that to see if InvoiceNo is blank for the SO numbers in question OR if entire records are missing.
