As Sue indicated, the noose is definitely tightening.
Overall, I find the agreement to be well written and clear. I also believe the tone of the agreement is more adversarial and litigious than in previous versions. And it is demonstrably less Partner friendly in several critical areas that are essential to operating a viable and ethical ERP practice. The agreement sets the stage for Sage to potentially become the biggest threat and competitor to your Sage practice. And it binds the Partner to potentially assist Sage in that effort as long as you are a Sage Partner, and for at least a year after the agreement is terminated. It also potentially requires you to sell your soul in the interest of promoting more Sage products, whether or not that is in the best interest of the customer or your practice.

More noose tightening for sure.
There are quite a few things in there that Resellers are restricted from doing now. Wayne mentioned that a lot of the 90 Minders are under the DSD umbrella and so they are no longer resellers and so they didn't get the agreement. It's a very long agreement where and I just think resellers need to read it very carefully.

Looks like few people have bothered to read the new fine print. Perhaps they are focused on other leadership issue at the moment. What are your thoughts, Sue? Does the agreement lean in our favor now or did the noose tighten up some more?
