    What happens if a user wants to prepay their maintenance prior to April 1 to avoid the increase and maybe even pay for 3 years in advance to lock in today's price?. Think Sage would allow?

    That's a good question - the pre-pay could be substantial - I'm guessing that since the revenue is acrrued and not earned right away and those with high user counts probably aren't leaving that Sage may drive a harder bargain.

    I'm not so sure about that @WayneSchulz. They're pushing pretty hard for those multi year agreements.

    That's definitely possible -- with Sage I wouldn't rule anything out - especially not something which produces money...
