Anyone have issues with customer division numbers disappearing? We have a customer with Sage CRM integrated with Sage 100 Advanced who keeps getting odd additions when they do a customer lookup, like LE-01 when in fact, they have a 00-LE01 customer.
Then today, I just noticed our customer lookup had a WH-ITE. We DO have a 00-WHITE customer. When I try and delete the incorrect one, it asks if I want to delete 00-WHITE. In DFDM, the first customer is (blank).WHITE with the same address, etc. of 00-WHITE.
I'm thinking it has something to do with CRM. Neither of these are integrated with CRM.
