    @SageCRM Anyone have issues with customer division numbers disappearing? We have a customer with Sage CRM integrated with Sage 100 Advanced who keeps getting odd additions when they do a customer lookup, like LE-01 when in fact, they have a 00-LE01 customer. Then today, I just noticed our customer lookup had a WH-ITE. We DO have a 00-WHITE customer. When I try and delete the incorrect one, it asks if I want to delete 00-WHITE. In DFDM, the first customer is (blank).WHITE with the same address, etc. of 00-WHITE. I'm thinking it has something to do with CRM. Neither of these are integrated with CRM.

    This is the fix for issues with bad data showing in the ALE. I would try this first. From within MAS, File / Run / program = syzcon, at the prompt type: o=new(""sy_activation_bus"",%sys_ss) second line at the prompt type: print o'activate(""m/m"",""xxx"") The m/m = module code and the xxx = company code. '1' should be returned for successful execution of repair. I would do this for the CI and the AP modules.

    Yes, but there is definitely a bad record in AR_Customer as I saw in DFDM. It's not a lookup issue - I can select the WH-ITE record and it comes up with no customer number but an address that matches the true 00-WHITE customer.

    My team has not seen this specific issue previously. My lead consultant has asked Therese for additional information about the problem. From my consultant: ""I'm also unclear if the 'issue' carries over to the company records or if it only occurs on the search screen. Can the partner provide screen shots of the search, company summary page, and provide the exact version of Sage 100 and Sage CRM?

    It is not in CRM that this is happening, only in MAS. My question is whether or not it relates to CRM as we both have the same situation - random incorrect customers, somewhat copies of actual customers but not entirely, and we are both integrated with CRM. We have deleted the invalid customers thru DFDM at the customer's and at least one keeps reappearing, the LE-01 one. I'm just tossing this out there.

    Also found this. I think it is a synchronization issue. I'll let @PeterWolf 's group see if they can figure it out. I'm guessing we'll have to remove the CU records in MAS. That's all the more time I'm putting into it on a late Friday afternoon....
