FRIDAY AND SATURDAY February 21-22, 2014. The dates for our THIRD annual Meeting of the Minds 2 DAY Conference have been announced. Start making plans to attend the amazing winter conference in San Diego, CA on February 21 - 22, 2014. Based on the outstanding turnout at the Minds of the Future conference held last July, we are opening the meeting to all members of the group (Fellows FKA Full and Associates, FKA OASIS) We are also offering two tracks that you can attend - Technical and Business Leadership. And finally, we are changing the venue for the meeting to a downtown San Diego location so that we can enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean front. Please follow this thread in the days as we begin announcing the details of this EXCITING event. Last year we had 25 attendees. By opening it to the general membership, we are hoping to have 40 - 50 attendees. A GREAT event with GREAT people having a GREAT time in sunny San Diego. We are about halfway to our target number of 40 attendees. Think of the meeting as a High QUALITY networking opportunity. The higher the attendee count, the lower the overall conference fee will be. The date is just over three months away. The Embassy in downtown San Diego is working with us. Moving the meeting to this venue provides more opportunity to see the sights and sounds of SD, plus it is very accessible to the airport (saving $40 limo fee). Please take a look and put the meeting on your calendar for February!!!

I have attended the previous two MOTM sessions and can honestly say that both have been worth it. If you ask yourself the question ""What's in it for me?"" the answer is lots. One would think that trying to get something like this group together and keep the sessions focused and meaningful for all participants would be hard starting out but Jeff, Jim and Wayne have pulled it together from the very beginning. If I left anyone out, I'm sorry.

I'm looking forward to someday attending these and getting to meet you however with my mother being so ill still, I cannot go at this time. According to the doctors we are down to less than three months so after I get her through this and have her affairs settled, I am going to start traveling again. I hope you all have fun!

Conference committee is working very hard on putting together an agenda. Details should be posted as early as next week.....

I think I volunteered last yr to help Robert finalize some legal details. Did that get taken care of (he said, really hoping that magic is real ...)

I'm still working on it and by working on it, I mean I've procrastinated until I really have to sit down and get it done. I'll get a draft out soon for review.
